This course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Covers adult, child and infant.

This course trains healthcare professionals to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.

By learning how to control bleeding, you’ll gain the ability to recognize life-threatening bleeding and act quickly and effectively to control bleeding.

To help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies; and to know how to care for a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive. Covers adult, child and infant.

This program is to ensure that healthcare providers have the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies. The course emphasizes active, hands-on learning and uses scenario activities to help participants learn how to provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve an obstructed airway for adult, child, and infant patients.
